Why We Fundraise?

Every dollar raised by the BMS PTA goes right back into supporting our students, staff, and school community. Fundraising helps us provide enriching experiences like assemblies, author visits, class trips, and fun events such as movie night, the pool party, and even a visit from the ice cream truck!

We also fund important resources—like classroom grants, field day t-shirts, book fairs, and this year, new furniture for the school library.

Your support allows us to enhance learning, build community, and create lasting memories for every Bee Meadow student. When we fundraise together, we grow together!

How It’s Done

At Bee Meadow, it’s all about teamwork! Our teachers, families, and local businesses come together to make great things happen for our students. Here’s how you can help support our efforts throughout the year:

🍕 Join us for Spirit Nights – Eat out at local restaurants and a portion comes back to our school.
👕 Show your school spirit – Purchase BMS gear and wear it proudly!
💻 Donate online – Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.
📦 Support our fundraisers – Share them with friends and family to help us reach our goals.

🎉 New this year: We’re offering BIRTHDAY LAWN SIGNS all school year long! Celebrate your child’s birthday in a fun and special way—sign-ups coming soon!

✨ What’s coming up?

We’ve got some exciting fundraisers planned, including:

* Double Good Popcorn – Battle of the Schools is on! This fall, we’re going head-to-head with Salem and Mountview—let’s help BMS come out on top!

*Photoshoots – Book a professional mini session (indoors with a backdrop) and get beautiful, keepsake photos.

*Thanksgiving Pies – Delicious, easy, and just in time for the holidays.

*Build a School Spirit Bear – A fun, hands-on way for kids to show their BMS pride!
